As the legislative session nears a close, Colorado’s Senate Committee that heard public testimony for the last time on HB 10-1284, continues their hasty approach to an unecessary solution, and passions ran wild.  Ultimately, the committee unanimously approved all proposed amendments to the bill, and have moved it along to appropriations.

The following is edited from about seven hours of testimony, and features the voices of those often left unheard, and the senators who neglect to even consider testimony from certain populations.
